Membership

With HRBA Membership, you are joining a Human Resources community with a rich history of support and collaboration to help you navigate your career and the many challenges you face while growing your company. 

As a group of in-house HR professionals, consultants, contractors and vendors that support and service the life sciences community, we collectively have an abundance of knowledge, skills, and resources to share.   Our group has been in existence for over 20 years, providing a reliable and accessible network of individuals with a range of experience across companies of different stages of development.   We exist to foster learning and development for individuals, provide a “go to” resource for input and feedback on industry practices, and facilitate a forum to discuss ideas and programs that support business objectives and enhance corporate culture.

Membership Guidelines:

 We are looking to build an organization of committed professionals who regularly attend and actively participate in our events. We hope to see you at our next event so we can meet you and get to know you.  Please feel free to bring other members of your HR organization  that might be interested in getting to know more about us.

HRBA is a community of in-house HR Professionals, and our events cater to the needs of our community. Event attendance is restricted to in-house HR professionals and active job seekers or current HRBA Members only.
