Ed Spiedel, Partner, Reward Solutions at Aon – Ed has over 25 years of experience in executive and employee compensation, corporate governance, and deep expertise in equity compensation practices, most recently with Radford. There, his clientele consists of companies of varying size and complexity, in a wide array of industries with a strong focus in biotech, med devices, semiconductors and e-commerce.
Steve Heron, Associate Director, Reward Solutions at Aon – Steve has approximately 15 years of compensation consulting experience in a range of issues, including executive compensation, Board of Directors compensation, broad based employee pay structures, incentive plan design, and equity compensation. Since joining Radford / Aon over 5 years ago, he has focused exclusively on clients in the life sciences industry, as well as technology.
